In no event shall FaceTouchUp or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FaceTouchUp’s Internet site, even if FaceTouchUp or a FaceTouchUp authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Patient Credits are offered to our non-professional users. If our analytics software identifies patterns of usage that suggest Patient Credits are being used for professional purposes, we reserve the right to review or download the images associated with such usage to verify compliance with our Terms.

If you have subscribed to a professional license, the following additional terms apply: We do not offer chargebacks on your credit card if you fail to cancel our Service during the free trial period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the end of the trial if you do not wish to continue.

Your credit card information is processed and stored by our third-party payment processor. We do not have direct control over or access to your credit card information.

FaceTouchUp may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
